SLIDERS

 

By working on core sliders (or a cloth) we create an instability, so our muscles have to activate faster and work harder to maintain stability. Combining sliders with a super slow pace really helps to strengthen and condition our bodies from head to toe. Practicing this form of dynamic exercise is so good for the body;  helping with overall technique, core strength and posture. Sliders is an amazing low impact workout that will have you hooked and feeling elevated, stretched and energised right away.

 

 

HIIT

 

This workout is an upbeat energised class, which burns as many calories as possible in 40 minutes. Using high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and body weight conditioning exercises I will take you on an interactive journey of fun, blasting calories whilst simultaneously paying special attention to toning up each muscle group. No equipment is necessary, however if you wanted to include lightweights then bring them along and I will let you know when to use them!
